Excellent location just minutes from the main square.
I faced significant issues with the hot water supply , frustrating, especially with early morning tours. It took too long for the water to reach my room. The noise from early morning pickups was quite disruptive, significantly impacting my overall comfort.

Hotel Ruinas is well located for the turist. It is very close to Plaza de Armas (walking measures and very important at plain), in front of the hotel there are laundry and travel agency where you can organize all the inka escursions. The hotel is very pretty, the attention is excelent and it supports the guests with an internal travel agency. We used this one for the turistic bus from Cuzco to Puno. The breakfasts were very good and the room was cleaned more than once per day, for the San Silvestro night the Hotel gave us the funny stuffs to receive the New Year

The breakfast was healthy and well prepared, better that in most places. I was offered a room with pleasant views of mountain. The perfect and magnificent location was very close to Religious Art Museum. I had a fine stay and will definitely go back there again, thank you very much.

I was really surprised with Hotel Ruinas. I read really good things about the Hotel before going there, but I was even more surprised. The staff was very helpful, service was great, excellent breakfast, nice beds... I can't really complain about anything. And it's really close to downtown. You can walk everywhere.

Everything felt clean and fresh in the Standard Triple Room. Especially Henry and Sheila. The bathroom sparkled, and the beds had lovely sheets. Breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh juices and a choice of cereals, perfect for early mornings. The location, just a short walk from the Plaza de las Armas, made getting around easy. Noise from early morning pickups was a bit disruptive. The room felt cramped with three people, less comfortable at times. I appreciate the cleanliness and service, but a bit more space would enhance the experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a couple of nights in Cusco with value for money. The super nice team, even arranging a private taxi for us at a great rate to explore local sites. Get a room with windows to avoid noise from early pickups.

I stayed in the Standard Triple Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and the beds felt fresh with nice sheets. The staff, especially Henry and Sheila, were so helpful and friendly. The bathroom was super clean too. Only downside was the room was a bit cramped for three people, but overall, it was a nice experience.

Family with children well taken care of
The staff was really good. One time, I found myself feeling a bit weak from the altitude, and they brought me coca tea right to my room. Another time, Fernando helped carry our heavy bags all the way up the stairs with a smile.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
